Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking from your account. Cancellations made with sufficient notice before the event are refunded according to the conditions communicated at booking.

Late cancellations may incur fees, as the chef will have purchased produce and reserved the date. Gift-card payments are re-credited to the card.

If a chef must cancel, our concierge proposes an equivalent verified chef or a full refund, at your choice.
